Easy Roasted Garlic Confit Recipe


INGREDIENTS


2 cups garlic cloves (peeled)

2 cups (approx.) olive oil

optional fresh herb sprigs


METHOD


Place the garlic into an oven safe dish (casserole, loaf pan, pyrex, etc.) that allows approximately 2" of space between the garlic and the rim.


Pour the olive oil over the garlic (and herbs, if using) until it is completely submerged.


Place the dish into a preheated 450 degree oven and roast for approximately 30 minutes, or until the garlic is golden brown and bubbling.


Use the roasted garlic in recipes like our Clean Tahini Dream Dressing, and the garlic oil in place of traditional oil in your favorite recipes!
