Clean Tahini Dream Dressing
1 cup tahini
1 cup spring water
1/4 cup garlic confit
1/4 cup sesame oil
1 tbsp coconut aminos
Combine all ingredients in a blender basin and blend until smooth - that's it!
Use as a salad dressing (we love it with kale and sweet potatoes!) or as a dipping sauce with falafel, spring rolls or your favorite appetizer!
