Clean Cashew Creme Sauce
INGREDIENTS
2 cups raw cashews
2 cups+ hot water
1 tsp duxbury saltworks sea salt
METHOD
Combine all of the ingredients in a blender basin for at least 30 minutes.
Then, blend until smooth....that's it!
Serve over salmon, spaghetti squash, peppery greens or anything that would traditional call for a bechamel!
