This quick and clean mix is a perfect additive to any of your favorite baked good recipes!


cocoa butter is a great source of vitamin E, which benefits your body in many ways such as supporting vision, reproduction, and the health of your brain, skin, and blood.

cocoa powder provides a lot of health benefits, such as improved cognitive health, stronger immune system, heals wounds, and promotes better muscle and nerve function.


natural sea salt is full of necessary nutrients and trace minerals that play an essential role in many of our body's vital functions, including nerve function and mental health.


raw local honey contains a blend of local pollen, which can strengthen your immune system and reduce allergy symptoms.



INGREDIENTS


1 cup cocoa butter chunks (melted)

1 cup cocoa powder

1/2 cup honey

1/2 tsp SalterieOne sea salt


METHOD


Whisk to combine cocoa butter chunks (melted) and cocoa powder in a mixing bowl.


Add honey + sea salt, and whisk to combine.


Put in the freezer or fridge to set.


Use for the topping or filling on your baked goods!
