Pecan Pie w. Salted Chocolate Ganache (dairy free + gluten free + refined sugar free)

A healthy alternative for your holiday pie baking, and packed with so many beneficial ingredients you will forget this is "dessert"!

pecans provide more than 19 vitamins and minerals, and promote heart health, reduce inflammation, lower cholesterol, and improve brain function.

almond flour contains vitamins, minerals, and antioxidants that can provide important benefits such as heart health, digestive health, and diabetes control. It is also an excellent source of iron and calcium.

maple is rich in antioxidants and full of minerals that are good for bone health, lower cholesterol and promote better brain health.

coconut oil contains many nutrients that contribute to a healthy diet, and are full of fatty acids that your body needs. It may help improve metabolism, cognitive function, and hair & skin health.

natural sea salt is full of necessary nutrients and trace minerals that play an essential role in many of our body's vital functions, including nerve function and mental health.

Pecan Pie Crust


3.75 cups almond meal

4 cups almond flour

2 cups coconut oil

1/2 tsp sea salt

1/4 cup maple


Combine all in a bowl.

1 cup = 1 x 9" pie tin

1/4 cup = 1 x 4oz mason jar

Press evenly into tin jar.


Pecan Pie Filling


8 farm fresh eggs

4 cups maple syrup

1 cup coconut oil

1/2 cup almond flour

1/4 cup coconut milk

8 cups chopped pecans

Whisk eggs until frothy.

Add maple syrup + coconut oil. Whisk to combine.

Then, add almond flour + coconut milk. Whisk to combine.

Finally, add 8 cups chopped pecans.

9" pie= 2 cups / 60 mins @ 325

1/4 cup = mason jar / 60 mins @ 325


Chocolate Ganache


3/4 cup coconut oil

1 cup cocoa powder

1 cup honey

1 tsp sea salt


Whisk together.
