Honey Chai Chia Pudding
INGREDIENTS
2 cups chia seeds
8 cups oat milk (unsweetened)
1 cup honey chai simple syrup
METHOD
Combine all the ingredients and let sit in the fridge overnight.

Honey Chai Simple Syrup
INGREDIENTS
2 cups loose chai tea
1.5 cups raw local honey
8 cups water
METHOD
Place the tea and water in an uncovered pot over high heat and let boil for 1 hour.
Then, strain the tea from the liquid and return the liquid to the pot.
Once strained, add the raw local honey and stir over medium heat until honey dissolves into liquid.
Spiced Apple Topping
INGREDIENTS
2 cups gala apple, peeled, 1/4 dice
1/2 tsp coconut oil
1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
METHOD
Add the coconut oil, apples, duxbury saltworks classic sea salt and cinnamon to a pan over medium-high heat and stir fry for 5 minutes.
