Creamy Vegan Garlic Sauce (vegan + gluten free)

With just a handful of clean ingredients, this sauce is such a tasty and versatile condiment to add to any of your favorite dishes.


garlic has been used as a performance enhancing substance since ancient Rome, and has been shown in studies to reduce fatigue and increase stamina.

olive oil is mainly comprised of monounsaturated fat called oleic acid that has been linked with reducing inflammation and having a beneficial effect on genes linked to cancer.


natural sea salt is full of necessary nutrients and trace minerals that play an essential role in many of our body's vital functions, including nerve function and mental health.


lemon juice is an excellent source of vitamin c and has health promoting effects such as lower blood pressure, cancer prevention, aids in digestion and weight loss, and clears skin.


aqua faba is a healthy alternative to eggs, and is made of chickpea water. It has health benefits like b vitamins, folate, iron, phosphorous, and healthy fats.



INGREDIENTS


1/2 cup aqua faba

2 cup olive oil

1/4 cup garlic

3 tsp sea salt

2 tsp lemon

METHOD


Blend olive oil, garlic and aqua faba on high until garlic is liquified.


Add lemon juice (chilled) and sea salt, and continue blending until immersion forms.


Enjoy as a healthy condiment with one of your favorite dishes!
