Cardamom Rose Shortbread Cookie Dough (dairy free + gluten free + paleo + vegetarian)

Our famous classic shortbread cookie recipe with a touch of cardamom makes for this beautifully looking ready-to-bake dough!

cardamom is rich in compounds that may fight inflammation and protect from chronic diseases.

raw local honey contains a variety of antioxidants, which help to prevent cell damage caused by states of oxidative stress.

almond flour contains vitamins, minerals, and antioxidants that can provide important benefits such as heart health, digestive health, and diabetes control. It is also an excellent source of iron and calcium.

coconut oil contains a unique combination of fatty acids that have been shown to help support healthy brain function.

maple is rich in antioxidants and full of minerals that are good for bone health, lower cholesterol and promote better brain health.

natural sea salt plays a vital role in fluid balance and helps the maintain proper hydration


4 cups almond flour

8 tbsp coconut oil

7 tbsp maple or honey

1/2 tsp sea sat

1/2 tsp cardamom

1 tbsp crushed dried rose petals


Mix all of the ingredients together in a bowl until an even consistency is formed.

Roll into 48 1" balls and place on a greased cookie sheet.

Bake at 350 degrees for 8-12 minutes.


Roll up, wrap, and freeze for later!
