Your New Favorite Pan Seared Salmon Recipe: 3 ingredients + 15 minutes + no skill required

This crispy, crunchy, savory salmon recipe is dairy, gluten and refined sugar free, made with just 3 clean ingredients and ready in less than 15 minutes!

Easy enough to add into your regular rotation, and exciting enough to impress your guests at group gatherings, this super simple, nutrient dense and diet friendly salmon recipe is guaranteed to become one of your go-to proteins all season long!

SALMON contains B Vitamins, which have been shown to help repair DNA and covert food into energy.

SEA SALT contains sodium, which has been shown to help balance fluids in the body.

COCONUT OIL contains plant sterols, which have been shown to help the body absorb cholesterol.


1 pound fresh salmon filet

2 tbsp coconut oil


First, rub the salmon with the duxbury saltworks autumn salt blend .

Then, heat the coconut oil over medium-high heat, add salmon to the pan flesh side down, cover, and cook for 3-5 minutes, or until the skin easily peels from the flesh.

Remove the skin from the filet (it will easily release from the flesh when it's finished cooking sufficiently), flip using a spatula, cover, and continue cooking 3-5 minutes until the flesh is opaque and falky all the way through and both sides of the filet are crisp and browned.

Serve immediately as a hot meal with your favorite seasonal side, or enjoy later as a chilled protein with you favorite salad!
