Your New Favorite Lobster Salad Recipe (no one will know it's made with clean ingredients!)

Made with just four ingredients and ready in under five minutes, you'll be serving up this super simple lobster salad recipe all summer long!



LOBSTER is a great source of selenium and has been shown to help prevent symptoms of depression.

INGREDIENTS


1 pound fresh shucked lobster (we love Mullaney's Fish Market in Cohasset!)

3 tbsp fresh lemon juice

2 tbsp fresh mayonnaise (make your own in 20 seconds, or just use your favorite brand)

to taste Duxbury Saltworks Spring Salt (infused with savory, rose and chive)



INSTRUCTIONS


Combine lobster and mayonnaise in a large mixing bowl and toss gently until evenly coated.


Add lemon juice and gently toss until evenly distributed.


Season to taste with Duxbury Saltworks Spring Salt, beginning with about 1/2 tsp.


Serve in a lettuce cup, grilled roll, over salad or simply enjoy on its own!
