Sweet & Smokey Spiced Chicken (dairy free + gluten free + paleo + keto + ayurvedic)

Take your tastebuds for a ride with this mouthwatering chicken recipe!

organic boneless chicken thighs are an excellent source of protein, a necessary nutrient that plays a vital role in the healthy production of bones, blood, cartilage, skin and muscles.

paprika powder is loaded with nutrients. It may promote healthy vision, may reduce inflammation, improve your cholesterol levels, have anticancer effects, improve blood sugar control and is important for healthy blood.

natural sea salt has been shown to help the body produce serotonin, a naturally occurring chemical compound that has been shown help cure and prevent symptoms of depression

garlic has been used as a performance enhancing substance since ancient Rome, and has been shown in studies to help reduce fatigue and increase stamina.


1.5 pounds boneless chicken thighs (cut into 1" chunks)

3 tbsp smoked olive oil (or regular olive oil)

1 tbsp paprika powder

1/2 tbsp turmeric powder

1 tsp ginger powder

1 tsp roasted garlic powder

1 tbsp dried parsley

1/2 tsp cinnamon

1 tbsp SalterieOne sea salt

1 tbsp orange juice

1/4 tsp black pepper

1/2 tbsp serano honey vinegar


1/4tsp cayenne + 1/2 tbsp honey


Mix together in a large bowl.

Add 1.5 pounds of boneless chicken thighs. Cut into 1" chunks.

Heat a large pan over medium-high heat, then add the chicken to the pan and cook for ten minutes, tossing frequently.

Let cool off and enjoy with your favorite sides.

Great with lentils, rice, avocado and salad!
