Antioxidant Rich Peach Salsa Recipe

Antioxidant rich peaches are available now at our local farm stands and this super clean salsa recipe perfect for pairing with clean proteins fresh off the grill, or serving up as a sweet snack with your favorite crisps as you soak up the last days of summer!


PEACHES are packed with antioxidants that help to support immune system function and become more abundant as the fruit ripens!


PINEAPPLES contain enzymes and antioxidants that help boost your immune system and support bone health.


RED ONIONS are rich in sulfur which helps to remove toxins from the body.



INGREDIENTS


2 cup fresh peach, finely chopped

1 cup fresh mango, finely chopped

1 cup fresh pineapple, finely chopped

1/4 cup carrot, minced

1/4 cup red onion, minced

2 tbsp parsley, minced

1 tbsp fresh lime juice

1/2 tsp chili powder

1/4 tsp raw garlic, crushed



METHOD


Simply combine all of the ingredients in a bowl and gently toss to combine.


Enjoy within a 24 hours for best results.


PRO TIP: use a food processor to chop/mince your ingredients, but be sure to take your time and process each ingredient individually before transferring it to a large mixing bowl to combine
