SHORTBREAD COOKIES
INGREDIENTS
4 cups almond flour
3/4 cup maple
1/2 cup coconut oil (melted)
1/2 tsp SalterieOne classic sea salt
METHOD
Roll into 48 1" balls & place on a greased cookie sheet
Press with a second sheet to 1/4".
Poke 9 holes in each cookie
Bake @ 350 for 15 minutes and let cool off.

CHOCOLATE DIP
INGREDIENTS
1/4 cup cocoa butter chunks
1/4 cup cocoa powder
2 tbsp honey (or maple - add extra cocoa butter if mixture is too thin with maple)
1/4 tsp SalterieOne sea salt
METHOD
Whisk to combine cocoa butter chunks (melted) and cocoa powder in a mixing bowl.
Add honey + sea salt, and whisk to combine.
Dip cooled off Shortbread Cookies into chocolate and sprinkle with sea salt.
Put in the freezer or fridge to set.
