Learn to make a perfect pan fried rib eye in 10 minutes or less with this easy three ingredient recipe!

GRASS FED BEEF contains approximately five times the amount of healthy omega-3 fatty acids, and is still typically leaner than grain fed beef.

COCONUT OIL contains a unique combination of fatty acids that have been show to help support healthy brain function.

NATURAL SEA SALT contains sodium and potassium, both of which help to release retained water and reduce inflammation.

Perfect Pan Fried Rib Eye Steak


12-16 oz boneless grass fed beef rib eye

1 tbsp coconut oil

1 tbsp duxbury saltworks sea salt


Pat the beef dry on both sides using a paper towel and rub with sea salt

Heat 1 tbsp coconut oil in a heavy pan/skillet over medium-high heat until the pan just begins to smoke

Place the seasoned beef in the pan with one of the flat sides down

Allow the beef to cook for 3-5 minutes, or until it is easily lifted from the pan without sticking

Using a pair of tongs, flip the beef, holding it off the pan for approximately 10 seconds before placing it back in the pan with the uncooked side down and allowing to cook for an additional 3-5 minutes

Remove from the pan and let rest on a cutting board before slicing across the grain
