Adaptogenic Island Greens Smoothie
1/2 cup water
1/3 cup baby kale
1/3 cup pineapple chunks (frozen)
1/3 cup avocado chunks (frozen)
1/4 cup mango chunks (frozen)
2 tbsp raw almond butter
1 tbsp hello, adaptogens! blend (optional)
Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
Add ice to taste and blend again until smooth.
