Craveable Harvest Crunch Salad Recipe w. Clean Maple Cider Dressing

This easy seasonal salad recipe is equal parts clean, crunchy and craveable, and is perfect for both week night dinners AND holiday entertaining!
apples are an excellent source of antioxidants which help to prevent damage to cells caused by states of oxidative stress

Clean Maple Cider Dressing
INGREDIENTS
1/2 cup rugged ridge forest wood fired maple syrup
1/2 cup liquefied coconut oil
1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
1 tbsp dijon mustard
1 tbsp duxbury saltworks classic sea salt
METHOD
Combine all ingredients in a mixing bowl and whisk until combined.
Healthy Harvest Crunch Salad
INGREDIENTS
3 cups brussels sprouts, shredded
1 cup carrot, peeled and shredded
1 cup beets, peeled and shredded
1 cup gala apple, slivered
1 cup raw walnuts
METHOD
Combine all the ingredients in a large bowl, add dressing to taste and toss to combine.
Enjoy immediately as a craveable crunch salad, or later as a flavorful slaw!
