Chewy Salted Caramel Cookie Cups (dairy free + gluten free + refined sugar free + paleo)

These delectable treats sure do curb that Twix bar craving, with only six clean ingredients!

coconut oil contains many nutrients that contribute to a healthy diet, and are full of fatty acids that your body needs. It may help improve metabolism, cognitive function, and hair & skin health.

natural sea salt is full of necessary nutrients and trace minerals that play an essential role in many of our body's vital functions, including nerve function and mental health.

almond flour contains vitamins, minerals, and antioxidants that can provide important benefits such as heart health, digestive health, and diabetes control. It is also an excellent source of iron and calcium.


(makes 8 dozen cups)

4 cups almond flour

1/2 cup coconut oil

3/4 cup honey

1/2 tsp natural sea salt

1/2 tsp cinnamon


Combine in mixing bowl and mix until even consistency is achieved.

Grease mini muffin pans with coconut oil.

Scoop 1 tsp dough mix into mini muffin pan, and press with measuring spoon (or thumb) to create cup.

Bake @ 325 for 8-10 minutes.

Clean Tahini Caramel (dairy free + gluten free + paleo)

raw local honey contains a blend of local pollen, which can strengthen your immune system and reduce allergy symptoms.

tahini is high in fiber, protein, and many other important vitamins and minerals.


1.5 cups local raw honey

1.5 cups tahini

pinch natural sea salt


Heat honey over medium heat & bring to boil.

Continue cooking for five minutes, whisking continuously.

Then, whisk in tahini and continue cooking for two minutes. Whisk continuously. Allow to cool until warm enough to handle.

Spoon the caramel into the cups and top with SalterieOne sea salt.

Store at room temp or fridge/freezer for longer shelf life.
