About the Event
AT THE EVENT
Doors will open at 6:00p with cocktails, live acoustic music by Adam Matthew Davis, and a selection of farm-to-fork bites and petite plates passed for the first hour.
At 7:30p the group will take their seats and turn their attention to the panel's speakers for a series of talks and guided discussions focused on different aspects of the regenerative agriculture movement.
After the panel discussion, the event will continue with casual discussion and continued refreshments until 10:00p.
ON THE PANEL
Hannah Smalls of Soulful Soils will begin the panel by sharing about her time at the Stockbridge School of Agriculture, and how that experience led to her current mission to create sustainable micro-farms in suburban green spaces.
Erin Williams of Bogside Acres and The Barn On Bensons Pond will be diving into how her family business has been blending traditional methods and new practices to embrace regenerative agriculture on their farms.
Jäesun-Eoin Ullúghearne Brangarrán and Theresa Brangarrán of Brangarrán Farms will conclude the panel by sharing details about their recent trip to study rotational grazing with Greg and Jan Judy at the renowned Green Pastures Farm in Missouri, and their plans to create a unique arts and agriculture center right here in Massachusetts.
ON THE MENU
The event's dairy, gluten and refined sugar free menu will feature a selection of flavorful farm-to-fork canapes and petite plates created by Melissa Peralta of Mood Food Wellness Co. and Suddenly Simple Events will be served throughout the event. The menu will be mainly plant based, with optional omnivore additions added to some servings.
Admission includes two complimentary drink tickets per person. Additional drink tickets can be purchased at the event.
